Six is comprised of six courtyard houses in a neighborhood north of the University of Arizona. Six’s private setting is surrounded by a classic Tucson neighborhood where mature trees provide shade and protection from the desert sun, and [....] takes cues from Tucson’s architectural past - the central courtyard, plastered masonry walls, and minimal western exposure.
I really dig these exterior sliding louvers on this prefabbed wood family house in Budyně nad Ohří, Czech Republic.

The price of this Jennifer Seigal designed modern modular house has been reduced to $175,000. Now I know that is still a lot of money for a one bedroom trailer sized house, and I am not sure of the details but I suspect it is actually is a HUD code mobile home and not a modular home. But it is in Venice for crying out loud. Does anybody know what the story is with this? Does it not include the lot? Is the neighborhood much worse than the name would suggest. Or is 175k still a lot of money for 1 bedroom in LA?
